Web25 dec. 2024 · It may be noted here that the report is the “Henderson Brooks-Bhagat report,” also referred to as the Henderson Brooks report. It is an analysis (Operations Review) of the Sino-Indian War of 1962. Its authors were officers of the Indian armed forces— Lieutenant-General Henderson Brooks and Brigadier PS Bhagat.
