WebI would advise against getting a 2 GB of ram for a Chrome OS device. Although it can run on it, you will hit the bottleneck after a few tabs. So you'll constantly have to close tabs to reduce ram. 4 GB is OK if you're not planning to use Android apps. I would say get at least 8 GB if you want to use the Chrome OS Android subsystem.
